eDesign provides the perfect solution to visualizing the design of a room and then implementing any changes over time as your budget allows. The flexible and affordable alternative to full-service interior design services.

After your 30-minute consultation, during which we will discuss your project, design style, and goals, we will present one to two idea boards for your feedback before finalizing our room design recommendations.

Renovation Design in East Cobb, Georgia

When a client with a growing family wanted a refresh to their home and to capitalize on the expansive floor plan with multifunctional spaces, Simplicité Interiors delivered a dynamic renovation design, showcasing the must-have of an entertainer’s kitchen and it’s wow-factor.
However, before the project could happen, there were a few challenges to address. We had to figure out a way to design around the multiple staircases and the atrium in the middle of the main living area.
Our interior design team was up for the task—and provided a sound solution, including:

opening the main living floor plan for an open concept,
-
implementing a new staircase to the loft area and bathroom,
-
incorporating dual storage under the stairwell for the kitchen and main level secondary bathroom.
Along with having a beautiful space, the project experienced another successful outcome—with the home selling for 27 percent ROI and garnering more than 100-plus visitors for the initial week of release to the market.
