Meet Faye
Founder & Principal
Since 2000, Faye has been assisting families and investors with their real estate needs. Along with nearly two decades of interior design experience and business acumen, she designs gorgeous spaces that provide everyday functionality.
Loyal, creative, down-to-earth, and analytical, Faye developed an interest in interior design early on, starting with putting dollhouses together with her sisters before learning about home improvements from her family first-hand to evolving to helping investors transform their projects.
While Faye naturally gravitated to interior design, she set herself apart in the marketplace—by focusing on aesthetics, data, project management, and financial considerations to inform client decisions and help them see a return on investment on their properties.

Faye Sewell
As a consumer finance advocate, she sets an example by holding all parties accountable during the real estate acquisition, remodeling/renovation and the home-selling process.
A native of Georgia, Faye completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Information Systems at Georgia Southern University before earning a dual MBA in Accounting and Financial Management.
Along with holding several degrees and certifications, including one in Project Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, she is an active member of the Interior Design Society and a Certified Member of the International Association of Staging Professionals, among other affiliations.
